I had obtained three estimates from three different vendors prior to calling Gossett.  I thought Gossett would offer the same recommendations as at least on of the other vendors.  However, what they told me actually made more sense than what the other vendors had said.  In addition, the answers they gave to my questions corresponded with the recent check I had done.  I felt they were only selling me what I needed.  I ultimately went with the higher efficiency (and therefore more expensive) unit, but that was my choice and I was not pushed on any by Gossett.  Very happy!
